Did you know Piano Trainer has access to over 100 sounds? And I was only making use of 1...

I just added a dropdown menu with some hand-picked sounds to make Piano Trainer a little more fun.

In this release I also fixed a bug where going to the Quiz mode and then back to the home screen would mess up the MIDI input. I haven't been able to find any more bugs in the program so I'm happy to bump the version to v1.1.0.
